I have had a problem with dry eyes with excessive tearing for several years now. A few years ago I discovered Tears Naturale Forte Lubricant Eyedrops and had been using them ever since, but then all of a sudden about a year ago they became unavailable in the local stores. Over several months I tried many different brands of eyedrops, but they all made my eyes burn and some even made my eyelids swell up, but none helped my dry eyes. I also tried Tears Naturale II from the same company. They were the only artificial tears that didn’t bother my eyes, but they were basically ineffective. Although I was using them 10-12 times a day, my eyes were running like faucets almost constantly. As a last resort, I decided to look on amazon.com to see if Tears Naturale Forte Lubricant Eye Drops might be available there, and was delighted to find them! Liked this product a whole lot. Unfortunately the company that you had send it charged to mail it. They could have done a whole lot better job with the postal service. Doubt I will use them again. They made about on postage alone!!!!

I use Hypotears to counteract dry eyes on airplane flights, during the winter, when I am tired, or at bedtime. These are not for redness – those types of drops have some chemicals I’d rather not put into my eyes. These are simply saline drops, with a preservative.
I have used some other brands of saline drops, but they made my eyes itch. Apparently I was allergic to the preservative they were using. I have never had this problem with Hypotears, so I seek them out, although they are sometimes hard to find. I recommend them. Read more...
